 Texas LTC Reciprocity as of June 2024 Texas Constitutional/Permit-less carry went into effect September 1st, 2021. . * Reasons to obtain a LTC
If You Do Not Have a LTC:
- No Repciprocity
- If you see a 30.05 sign or any type of "Gun Buster"/no guns allowed signage, you can not carry into that establishment
- You may not carry a firearm within a thousand feet of ANY school property (Federal Felony)
- You may not carry your firearm into or through another state (unless that state is another Constitutional carry state)
- Some Constitutional Carry states do not allow out of state residents to carry (ex: Maine)
The Texas License To Carry (LTC) course is knowing the (Texas) Laws, Safety, Use of Force, Conflict Resolution and showing proficiency with a handgun (A LTC allows an individual to either conceal or open carry in Texas)
One day LTC Classes are scheduled as requested and available any day except Wednesdays
Private classes may be arranged for groups or beginners
Also, provided is Basic Pistol Classes and/or shooting drills to further your confidence in protecting your family |
NRA Gun Owners Responsibility
Americans enjoy a right that citizens of many other countries do not - the right to own firearms. But with this right come responsibilities.
